mondays, 6-715 pm
suggested contribution: $20
we meet in the glass greenhouse for an accessible 75 minute posture, breath and meditation practice rooted in the indigenous wisdom and philosophy of yoga followed by a restful candlelight savasana
sangha yoga is community yoga and our donation-based classes draw on the animist, somatic origins of classical yoga and reflect on the practice through a contemporary, liberatory lens
our sunset classes are slow, restorative meditations on presence and being
they are conversational and non-hierarchical in nature and every offering is an opportunity to be with what it is and an invitation to feel more

in essence, yoga is liberation and every time we come together in community to practice, we are furthering the work of collective liberation

this low-impact and trauma conscious yoga practice is inspired by the lineage of the traditional practices of india and shaped by continually shifting energies of the seasons that occur here in the N’dakinna region of the unceded Wabanaki lands
mats are available for use at no cost but it is highly recommended that you bring your own
blocks, blankets, and bolsters are also suggested but not necessary for the practice
$20 suggested donation, but no one turned away for lack of funds
contributing on the higher end of the scale creates opportunities for more csa members to join classes
yoga classes are included as part of the CSA program
