2025 solidarity farm share (sliding scale available)

from $750.00

with the success of last year’s solidarity shares offerings and the enthusiasm of our solidarity share members, SUSU commUNITY Farm is again offering a limited number of solidarity shares for purchase. available to anyone in our local commUNITY, each solidarity share is an investment in the farm and the work we do.

you can expect to receive common staples like strawberries lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. you will also receive specialty heritage crops like okra and collards as well as those that reflect the diversity of our community but may not be readily available, such as Nigerian greens, Japanese shiso, callaloo, pak choi, shishito peppers and more.

the sliding scale cost of each share is $750-$1,500, and it must be paid in full. shares are available for pick-up only on wednesdays between 4-6pm from june 11 - october 22.

we celebrate that your contribution is an investment in a small afro-indigenous farm that is deepening and widening foodways in southern vermont. our solidarity shares reflect the growing season of our farm, and you can expect smaller shares in the earlier season with larger shares during the high summer months.

SUSU commUNITY exists upon the stolen abenaki land, presently known as vermont. we acknowledge the nulhegan band of the coosuk abenaki nation, koasek abenaki tribe, elnu abenaki tribe, and the missiquoi abenaki tribe. we pay homage to our afro-indigenous ancestors. the ones who planted seeds of liberation against all odds, and to the ones who chose the water. we are because you are.
